Yes, we provide convenient pick-up and delivery services for your golf cart.
Our hourly rates start at $125 per hour. For most standard repairs and maintenance on major golf cart brands, we charge a competitive rate that reflects the quality of our work and the expertise of our technicians. Some cart brands require more time to diagnose and find parts for, hence the higher service rate.
Most services are completed within 1 week of pick-up or drop-off, depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of parts. We’ll keep you updated on your cart’s status throughout the process.
We have a one hour shop minimum. All of our service and repairs start with a one hour bumper to bumper inspection. This covers the time our skilled technicians spend inspecting your cart, diagnosing the reported issue, and building an estimate for repairs/recommendations. Once completed, we provide you the estimate upfront for your approval, so you know what to expect before any work begins.
Our estimates are segmented to give you complete control over your service decisions. Each recommendation is broken down into individual tasks or “segments.” For example, if your golf cart needs both a battery replacement and a controller replacement, these will appear as separate segments in your estimate. This allows you to review each job independently and approve or decline specific work based on your priorities and budget. We believe in providing flexibility and transparency, so you can choose the services that work best for you without feeling pressured to approve everything at once.
No problem! If you choose not to move forward with the repairs after reviewing your estimate, you’ll only be responsible for the inspection (the one-hour minimum charge for the time spent evaluating your golf cart) and any applicable transportation charges. We’ll return your cart to you as-is, and you can decide how to proceed at your convenience. We want you to feel confident in your decision, so there’s no pressure to approve repairs you’re not ready for. All inspections and estimates are saved in our system for any deferred services.
We work on all major makes and models, including both gas and electric golf carts. There are some brands of golf carts that we are unable to work on due to part availability, contact us for more information.

Our service department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Limited availability on Saturdays between 10:00 - 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. We are not available for after hours calls.
In most cases, our services are performed in our shop to ensure the highest quality repairs. For certain small repairs or service/maintenance, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We offer emergency repair services for customers who need urgent assistance, with an increased rate to accommodate the expedited service. Our shop typically operates on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis, meaning we complete jobs in the order they’re received. However, emergency repairs take priority over non-urgent work to ensure critical issues are addressed as quickly as possible. Our emergency rates start at $145 per hour. If you have an urgent need, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to get you back on the road promptly!
We are unable to accommodate emergency calls outside of business hours. If you experience an issue after hours, we encourage you to leave us a message or contact us as soon as we reopen.
We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs and parts we provide. Your satisfaction and confidence in our work are our top priorities.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom upgrades, from installing long-lasting lithium batteries to adding new tires, lights, sound systems, and other features to personalize your cart.
